What to know
AWAKE’s Frosted Leaf Ultraviolet was created with Time+Tide for FounderFest, translating the atmosphere of gothic and alternative rock into a handcrafted dial. Vietnamese artisans layer purple and black natural pigments, Sơn Mài lacquer and pure silver leaf before sanding and polishing the composition. The resulting surface changes with the light, while luminous capped hands and markers give it a contrasting nocturnal display.

The steel case measures 38mm across, 11.5mm thick and 44.75mm lug to lug, with sapphire crystals and 100 metres of water resistance. Its La Joux-Perret G101 automatic movement provides 68 hours of reserve and carries a custom tungsten rotor. A grey Jean Rousseau Alcantara strap adds purple stitching. The studio edition was listed at €2,880.
