What to know
The BR-03 Chrono Multimeter packs its dial with colour-coded scales for converting elapsed time into useful readings. Three tachymeter zones sit alongside a pulsometer and an asthmometer scale for counting breaths. These are manual timing scales read using the chronograph, rather than electronic health sensors.

Automatic calibre BR-CAL.301 runs the central chronograph seconds and 30-minute counter, with small seconds at three and a date display. The matte-black ceramic case measures 42mm wide and 12.8mm thick. Sapphire glass, 100-metre water resistance and a perforated black rubber strap complete a watch whose main design feature is its unusually dense measurement surface.
