What to know

The Legacy Machine Sequential Flyback stages two chronographs around MB&F’s suspended balance wheel. Four elapsed-time counters surround a tilted everyday-time display, while separate pushers and the Twinverter control allow different timing strategies. This platinum edition gives the complex mechanism a sky-blue setting.

Stephen McDonnell’s hand-wound movement contains 619 components and provides a 72-hour reserve. The added flyback function allows a running chronograph to reset and restart with one action. Introduced in May 2024, the thirty-three-piece edition uses a 44mm case with a strongly domed crystal. It is distinct from both the earlier Sequential EVO and the simpler Legacy Machine 1.
