What to know
RGM’s Model 501-PC brings the Pennsylvania independent back to the perpetual calendar. Its American-made 316L steel case measures 39mm by 11.5mm, with a raised box-style sapphire crystal, display back and 50 metres of water resistance. A white Grand Feu enamel dial uses blued pear-shaped hands and traditional calendar subdials, including a four-year month and leap-year indication. The automatic movement begins with an ETA 2892-A2 architecture, then receives revised bridges, an RGM solid-gold rotor and a custom Dubois-Dépraz perpetual-calendar module. It runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour with a stated 52-to-56-hour reserve. RGM lists the enamel-dial version at US$39,900.
