What to know
Seiko and Mazda’s third collaborative chronograph translates the carmaker’s “aesthetics of subtraction” into a restrained grey-and-black dial. The BF9504 uses Mazda Type lettering, instrument-inspired subdials and small red accents on the chronograph seconds hand and crown. A curved Hardlex crystal adds depth without introducing extra decoration, while the caseback carries the inscription “ESTD 1920 HIROSHIMA, JAPAN.”

The stainless-steel case measures 39.2 mm wide, 47.2 mm long and 11.4 mm thick. Its battery-powered quartz movement is rated to ±15 seconds per month with an estimated three-year battery life, and the watch offers 10-bar water resistance. Mazda supplies both a steel bracelet and a black leather strap with brown edge paint. The official Japanese store lists the BF9504 at ¥69,300; sales began on 23 October 2026, with Japanese dealer ordering following on 29 October.
