What to know
The Seconde Majeure was created jointly by SpaceOne and Baltic, with the watchmaking architecture associated with Théo Auffret. Rather than using conventional centrally mounted hour and minute hands, the design presents a jumping-hour aperture at the upper dial and a transparent rotating minute display below it. A slender central seconds hand travels over the open mechanism.
A 38.5 mm 904L stainless-steel case keeps the mechanics wearable rather than imposing. Its crown is positioned at 12 o'clock, and the dial offers either a straight-brushed maillechort finish or a hand-worked charbonné version. The result blends Baltic's interest in balanced vintage-inspired forms with SpaceOne's experimental approach to displaying time.

The module runs on the automatic Soprod P024 base with a reported 42-hour power reserve. Preorders were announced for 12–17 May 2026, with prices of €2,500 for the brushed version and €3,500 for the charbonné finish. This is a 2026 collaboration rather than a newly announced October release.
