What to know
Spinnaker and British Chinese artist Ben Li, known as Inkdial, have reworked the Dumas GMT as a watch that appears to have escaped from a sketchbook. Cross-hatching, outlines and an ‘Ink-made’ dial inscription reinterpret the familiar octagonal form. Ink Blue and Ink White are each limited to 450 numbered watches, with the white version adding a gold-coloured GMT hand.

The 43mm steel case houses a TMI NH34 automatic GMT movement beneath a sapphire crystal. An exhibition back reveals a specially inscribed rotor, extending the collaboration beyond the dial. Unveiled on 30 October, the collection is scheduled to go on sale on 6 November at US$495 per watch. The GMT uses an independently adjustable 24-hour hand rather than an independently jumping local-hour hand.
