Audemars Piguet × Swatch Royal Pop Ocho Negro: Lépine in colour

Ocho Negro stands apart from Royal Pop’s brighter models by leaning into stark black and white. A black tapisserie-effect dial and black Bioceramic body contrast with a white octagonal bezel; eight dark screws turn into sharply defined graphic markers. The composition brings out the case geometry and recalls the Royal Oak without imitating its steel finish.

The 40 mm pocket watch uses the Lépine layout, with the crown centred at 12 o’clock and a clean two-hand display. The hands and indices have blue-emission Super-LumiNova, while sapphire covers the dial and the colourful hand-wound SISTEM51 movement visible at the back. A black calfskin lanyard and removable Bioceramic attachment make the piece wearable as a pendant or portable object. Ocho Negro arrived on 16 May 2026 with the rest of the Royal Pop collection.
