Zelos gives the Mako 300m a blue synthetic-opal dial

The latest Zelos Mako launch includes an Opal version with a blue synthetic-opal dial and a brushed grey ceramic bezel. Its irregular blue surface supplies the visual interest, while a luminous bezel scale and substantial hands preserve the dive-watch layout. The launch listing gives this configuration a US$499 special price.

The steel case measures 40mm across and 47mm from lug to lug, with 300-metre water resistance. Zelos specifies 12.2mm thickness without the crystal and 14.8mm including the domed sapphire, a useful distinction when judging the proportions. A Miyota 9015 automatic movement sits inside, and the steel bracelet uses female end links and an updated quick-adjust clasp. The package includes a three-slot travel case and steel warranty card.
