What to know
Charlie Paris refreshed its Alliance collection in May 2026, including the Sapphire Blue variant. The watch places a smoky blue sapphire dial over its mechanism so that gears and the circular date display become part of the graphic composition. Applied baton indices and faceted hands preserve the sober character of the original Alliance.
The 39.5 mm steel case has a double-domed sapphire crystal and a stated 100 m water-resistance rating. Inside, a Swiss Soprod P024 automatic calibre beats at 4 Hz and offers roughly 40 hours of power reserve. It is Swiss-powered but designed and assembled in Paris.

Charlie Paris offered the Sapphire versions from €995 on strap or €1,075 on bracelet at launch. Rather than building national identity around a manufactured-in-France movement, it makes a clear case for French design, local assembly and practical daily-wear specifications.
