What to know
Louis Vuitton has brought the Monterey into its regular collection in two ceramic versions inspired by Gae Aulenti’s 1988 LV II. Reference W0CR11 uses a glossy black case, white lacquer dial and red accents; W0CR21 pairs a green ceramic case with a matching dial and yellow hands. Both retain the crown at 12 o’clock and the smooth, lugless silhouette.

The 37mm watches use Louis Vuitton’s automatic LFT MA01.02 calibre, developed by La Fabrique du Temps. It runs at 4Hz, offers a 45-hour power reserve and drives a simple hours-minutes-seconds display. Sapphire crystals and 30-metre water resistance complete the specification. Louis Vuitton lists the US price at $22,300.
