What to know

Reference 304.30.43.52.01.001 gives the Speedmaster a black PVD-coated iron-meteorite dial, ensuring a naturally varied pattern on every watch. At six o’clock, two cabochon moons made from lunar meteorite display the phases as viewed from both hemispheres, against a star field reproducing the sky over Bienne on the date of Apollo 11’s landing.

The 43mm steel case houses the hand-wound Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 9914. It integrates a column-wheel chronograph, pointer date, dual-hemisphere moonphase and 60-hour reserve while resisting magnetism to 15,000 gauss. A black ceramic tachymeter bezel and five-row steel bracelet complete the watch.
