What to know
The Presage Classic Series Craftsmanship HCC005 reimagines the design vocabulary of the 1913 Laurel, Japan's first wristwatch. Black Arabic numerals and blued hands contrast beautifully with hand-fired white enamel, while the numeral twelve is rendered in red. A subdial at six indicates 24-hour time, not seconds.

Seiko's automatic 6R5H offers hand-winding, hacking seconds and 72 hours of power reserve. The 39.6mm steel case has a hard-wearing protective finish, double-curved sapphire and a black leather strap. Announced on August 13 for September 2026 availability, the HCC005J1 has a Belgian list price of €1,430. Because enamel is individually fired, small differences in surface texture are intrinsic to each piece.
