Breitling refines the Chronomat B01 42 with a slimmer case and integrated Rouleaux bracelet

The 2026 Chronomat B01 42 is an exercise in controlled revision. Reference AB0158101L1A1 retains the four raised rider tabs, green panda dial and rounded Rouleaux links that make the collection recognizable, but the bracelet now meets the case more cleanly and includes micro-adjustment at the clasp. The steel case measures 42mm across and 13.77mm thick—noticeably slimmer than its immediate predecessor.

Breitling’s Manufacture Calibre 01 remains the technical centre: an automatic, COSC-certified column-wheel chronograph with a vertical clutch, date at six and approximately 70 hours of reserve. The screwed crown, sapphire crystal and 200-metre rating make this a genuine all-purpose sports watch. The redesigned Chronomat collection was unveiled on 19 May 2026.
