What to know
For its tenth anniversary, Holthinrichs presents the SIGNATURE LAB 1.GMT, a striking travel watch with an unusually artistic treatment of the second time zone. An engraved, oxidised copper dial incorporates a globe motif, with a contrasting GMT hand pointing to the additional time display. Its sea-blue and earthy patina makes the dial feel closer to a small artwork than a conventional instrument.
Like the small-seconds sibling, the GMT has a 38.5 mm Grade 5 titanium case created with 3D-printing techniques. The openworked lugs and alternation between intentionally rough textures and hand-finished edges illustrate Michiel Holthinrichs' commitment to material-led design.

A Swiss automatic Sellita SW330 supplies the travel-time function. The compact proportions and leather strap keep the sculptural exterior surprisingly wearable, although ChronoLume has not assessed it on the wrist. The story is an anniversary introduction from spring 2026, not a claim of a new October launch.
