What to know
The AIKON-IC Frozen Carbon Damas offers an unusual collision of old and new manufacturing techniques. Swedish-sourced Damascus steel forms the 43mm case and produces natural stripes of different metallic tones, while the dial uses carbon-fibre composite with fine titanium powder. Neither the dial nor the layered steel pattern repeats in exactly the same way.
A black ceramic bezel and integrated black textured rubber strap set off the bright steel. The automatic ML1000 movement, developed by Maurice Lacroix with Jura-area Soprod, is visible through the display back and offers 60 hours of running time. The case measures 11mm thick and provides 100m water resistance.

Damas is part of the six-reference Frozen Carbon launch announced 2 September 2026. It is limited to 500 examples and has a Belgian list price of €4,590; the official product page still shows pre-order status.
