What to know
Seiko’s HBC005 applies a silver-white dial and vivid blue accents to the compact 1965 Heritage Diver architecture. The blue bezel insert and seconds hand reference “Seiko Blue,” while the 40mm steel case retains the restrained silhouette associated with Japan’s first diver’s watch. A curved sapphire crystal and adjustable steel bracelet elevate the execution.

Calibre 6R55 is automatic, can be hand-wound and stores approximately 72 hours of power. The case measures 13mm thick and is rated to 300 metres, with a screw-down crown and unidirectional bezel. Limited to 4,000 pieces, the anniversary model carried a European recommended price of €1,500.
