What to know
The 2026 Royal Oak ‘Jumbo’ Extra-Thin Openworked 16204XT returns to the original model's 39 mm footprint while doing something very different with its interior. Rather than a Tapisserie dial, the watch displays the architecture of its automatic Calibre 7124 through an airy arrangement of gears, bridges and polished components.
The 8.1 mm case combines light titanium with a highly reflective Bulk Metallic Glass bezel and caseback frame. That contrast sharpens Gérald Genta's established formula of alternating brushed planes and polished edges, without changing the recognisable octagonal outline or integrated bracelet.

Calibre 7124 provides approximately 57 hours of power reserve. The result feels less like a conventional skeleton watch inserted into a sporty case and more like a continuous design, from the faceted metal bracelet to the mechanical structures inside the dial. The watch was introduced among Audemars Piguet's February 2026 releases.
