G-SHOCK FROGMAN GWF-D1000BC-1: tactical black for a professional diver

With the GWF-D1000BC-1, Casio interprets tactical design for divers rather than soldiers. The asymmetrical FROGMAN housing remains intentionally bulky, but matte black components, a DLC-treated bezel and understated tan details bring the colour language of professional equipment to its ISO-rated dive watch.

The digital Tough Solar module includes a depth meter, dive-time tracking, ascent-rate alarm, digital compass, thermometer and an electronic dive log. Radio time correction and sapphire glass complement an ISO 200m water-resistance rating. Its extendable composite bracelet combines metal and resin so it can fit over a wetsuit. At 59.2 × 53.3 × 18mm and 181g, this is a purpose-built instrument rather than a discreet everyday watch. Its tactical colour treatment joined Casio's European Master of G line in October 2026 after an earlier Japanese market introduction.
