Certina revives the DS Cascadeur for its 30th anniversary

Certina has revived the DS Cascadeur three decades after the unconventional sports watch first appeared. The anniversary edition preserves the original’s defining visual feature: two vertical metal bars crossing the crystal to protect the dial. Its black 41.5mm case is paired with a black rubber strap, sapphire crystal and the brand’s Double Security construction, while water resistance is rated to 200 metres.

Reference C046.410.27.051.10 is powered by a Swiss PreciDrive quartz movement and limited to 1,995 pieces, matching the model’s launch year. Certina announced the return on 28 March 2025. The design remains deliberately industrial and architectural, making this reissue one of the brand’s more unusual historical revivals.
