What to know
Formex’s Reef 39.5 Forged Carbon brings a different texture to the brand’s compact dive platform. Both the dial and interchangeable bezel use compressed carbon fibre, creating a non-repeating marbled pattern. The 316L steel case measures 39.5mm across, 45.5mm lug-to-lug and 11mm thick, with a screw-down crown, sapphire crystal and 300 metres of water resistance.
The 120-click bezel can be removed by hand and its laser-engraved markings are filled with BGW9 Super-LumiNova. Inside, the COSC-certified Sellita SW300-1 automatic calibre runs at 4Hz and offers 56 hours of reserve. Reference 2201.1.6399.100 launched in an initial batch of 100 pieces, priced from €1,960 on a strap or €2,070 on a steel bracelet.
