What to know
The Pioneer Skeleton Retrograde Seconds strips away a conventional dial to reveal H. Moser & Cie.’s latest 30-second snap-back mechanism. Its hand sweeps across the arc at six o’clock before returning instantly to zero, while the open architecture keeps the gear train and balance visible. The 40mm steel case is water-resistant to 12 ATM and comes with both a steel bracelet and khaki rubber strap.

Moser’s self-winding HMC 251 is a fully skeletonised evolution of the HMC 250, equipped with a gold rotor and an in-house-developed retrograde system. Symmetrical movement construction keeps the technical display orderly despite its complexity. The manufacture states a 72-hour power reserve and lists Ref. 3251-1200 at CHF 35,000 excluding VAT.
