What to know

Orient’s new Flusso revisits the shape of its SK watches from the 1970s and 1980s. The case and bracelet have been redesigned to flow into one another, while recessed accents and asymmetry near the crown preserve recognisable details from the earlier design.

The September press release specifies a 39 mm width, 47 mm height and 10.9 mm thickness. Inside is Orient’s automatic F6522, with hand winding and a stated reserve of more than 40 hours. The dial omits a calendar, and sapphire crystal and 100-metre water resistance are listed. Four regular versions accompany a red-gradient limited edition of 4,500 pieces. This is an older announcement selected for the first requested Orient edition, with its original date retained.
