What to know
Orient’s new Mako GMT reference RA-BC0001B pairs a black dial with an additional 24-hour hand and a rotating 24-hour bezel. It is part of the first Mako family to offer a second time-zone display, retaining the bold luminous markers, screw-down crown and steel-bracelet format associated with Orient’s accessible sports watches.

The 42.8 mm stainless-steel case measures 13.4 mm thick and is protected by sapphire crystal. Orient’s in-house F6P22 automatic calibre supports hand winding and hacking, runs for more than 40 hours and is rated at +25 to −15 seconds per day. Water resistance is 200 metres, although Orient explicitly describes it as a diver-design watch rather than an ISO-certified diver.
