What to know
The Ref. 5531G-013 is Patek Philippe’s nocturnal interpretation of Milan for the 2026 Watch Art exhibition. Its Grand Feu cloisonné-enamel centre depicts the city after dark, surrounded by a 24-hour ring and Italian city names. White-gold Southern Cross and lozenge-shaped hands sit inside a 40.2mm white-gold case with hand-guillochéd hobnail decoration and skeletonised lugs.
A self-winding R 27 HU calibre combines World Time with a minute repeater whose two classic gongs strike the local time displayed at 12 o’clock. The 3Hz, 452-part movement provides a stated 43-to-48-hour reserve through a guillochéd 22-carat gold micro-rotor. Limited to five pieces, the watch is paired with a dark-blue grained calfskin strap.
