What to know
Seiko draws on its 1960s and 1970s sports-timing heritage for an anniversary Speedtimer with purple accents across the chronograph dial and two-tone aluminium tachymeter bezel. Gold-coloured highlights lend the steel sports watch an unexpected dose of warmth.
The light-powered V192 calibre combines a chronograph with a 24-hour indication and power-reserve display. Its stainless steel case measures 41.4mm in diameter and 13mm thick, with sapphire crystal and 100-metre water resistance. Production is limited to 8,000 pieces at a US recommended price of $775. The result is an easy-care sports chronograph with a strong anniversary identity.
