What to know

Titoni moves into more ambitious territory with the Impetus CeramTech Tourbillon reference 1000 Z-R-740. Its 41 mm case is made entirely from black high-tech ceramic, mixing vertically brushed surfaces with polished facets around a polygonal bezel. The black Quadro-pattern dial uses rose-gold-plated hands and markers, and the tourbillon sits at 6 o’clock. Water resistance is rated to 5 ATM.

The hand-wound T1000 calibre is assembled in Titoni’s Grenchen atelier and offers more than 100 hours of reserve. Its anthracite coating, rose-gold-plated tourbillon bridge and transparent caseback give the movement a deliberately modern appearance. An integrated FKM rubber strap ends in a DLC-coated titanium folding clasp. European price is €14,800.
