What to know
A bright yellow dial with contrasting black counters makes Tudor's 2026 Black Bay Chrono 39 impossible to miss. Nicknamed the Bumblebee, it places the brand's racing chronograph in a more compact 39mm steel case, a meaningful shift from the familiar 41mm design.
The redesign goes beyond colour. At 13.1mm thick and about 47mm from lug to lug, the smaller case aims to deliver a more comfortable fit, while Tudor retains the black tachymeter bezel, screw-down pushers and a three-link steel bracelet with T-fit adjustment.

Inside, the COSC-certified manufacture MT5813 automatic chronograph movement uses a column wheel and vertical clutch, with a stated 70-hour power reserve. The watch retains 200 metres of water resistance, preserving the Black Bay line's rugged credentials.
Announced in June 2026, the Bumblebee combines one of Tudor's boldest modern colours with the proportions many chronograph fans have long requested. Its cheerful dial does not undermine the underlying sports-watch specifications.
