Citizen xC’s 30th anniversary Mizu turns ice crystals into jewellery

Citizen is celebrating 30 years of xC with the Mizu Collection ES9468-60D, scheduled for 5 November 2026. Its mother-of-pearl dial uses a finely etched ice-crystal design, while a lab-grown diamond in the centre of the sapphire crystal appears to float above the hands. The Sakura Pink finish gives the Super Titanium case and bracelet a warm counterpoint to the frost-inspired dial.

The 29 mm watch is 9.1 mm thick, and its H060 Eco-Drive movement runs on light and receives radio signals across four regions. The limited run is 1,200 pieces worldwide, with a Japanese price of ¥148,500 including tax. This is a compact exercise in layering reflection, texture and light rather than adding complications for their own sake.
