What to know
The Essence Leggera 41 Space Glacier moves Formex’s ice-blue meteorite treatment into its lightweight carbon platform. A 0.5mm Muonionalusta meteorite slice is plated with 98% pure silver and sealed beneath six hand-applied layers of blue-tinted lacquer, retaining its natural Widmanstätten structure. The dial sits inside a 41mm proprietary carbon-composite case with a zirconium-oxide ceramic bezel and crown.
At 11mm thick and 46.4mm lug-to-lug, the case weighs only 40 grams before the strap and is rated to 100 metres. Formex’s suspended inner-case architecture adds shock absorption. The COSC-certified Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement provides 41 hours of reserve and is visible through sapphire. This annual edition is limited to 130 pieces and was priced at €2,330 at launch.
